Boston Area Regional Director - David Bergeron

David is a Vice President at T3 Advisors, a corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm headquartered just outside of Boston MA. As Chair the Cleantech & Sustainability Practice Group David advises corporate clients ranging from venture backed technology startups to publicly traded companies on cost savings, Tenant oriented real estate services. As one of the first brokers to achieve his LEED AP certification in the Boston market David continues to be a leading advocate of cost-effective, green building and sustainable workspace solutions. Prior to joining T3 David was in the NFL. Initially drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles, David spent time with Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers before heading to NFL Europe to play for the Cologne Centurions. In addition to his active involvement in the real estate community, David serves on the board of the Chris Draft Family Foundation, and the Young Leadership Council of the Museum of Science, Boston. David earned his B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University.
