Boston Area Regional Director - Tom Levenberg

Mr. Levenberg is President of C.C. Real Investments, Inc., a Boston-area real estate firm with a focus on multifamily housing investment, development and management. His company specializes in the acquisition and management of workforce housing located in New England communities historically populated with “blue-collar” workers and first and second generation immigrants. Prior to joining C.C. Real Investments, Mr. Levenberg was a partner with the international law firm of McGuireWoods where he advised emerging and established technology companies in finance and corporate matters and represented governments and corporations in a wide variety of technology-related matters. Mr. Levenberg received a B.A. in public policy from Stanford University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
