Chad Hagle ('98) - Co-Founder, Board Member and President
Mr. Hagle is a third generation commercial real estate developer with life-long experience in construction and development. Mr. Hagle is currently CEO of Aventine Development Corporation and its affiliated real estate development companies. Mr. Hagle's development experience includes retail projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, West Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina.
Mr. Hagle graduated from Stanford with degrees in both Economics and Biology. At Stanford, Mr. Hagle was the captain of the Stanford Water Ski Team. Prior to co-founding his first real estate venture - Tricor Southwest Corporation - with his partner and former Stanford roommate Damon Dunn, Mr. Hagle worked as Chief Operating Officer of Get Fit Technologies, a Silicon Valley technology start-up firm, and as a Venture Capital Associate with Windmere Venture Partners (MDEdge, Inc.) in San Diego, California. Mr. Hagle has a deep commitment to education; in addition to his work with Stanford University as a member of the Orange County Leaders Council, the Leading Matters planning committee and in a number of other university initiatives, he also serves as a Trustee for St. John's Episcopal School in Orange County, California.
