Brief Description

Headquartered in Irvine, Elevate Property Services (www.epsreo.com) is a premier provider of maintenance and renovation services to the mortgage industry.   We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Business Development responsible for crafting and implementing new customer acquisition strategies and assisting us in the next phase of growth.  Key responsibilities will be to develop and execute sales strategies to include market selection, lead generation, client development and pricing.

Our Ideal candidate has:



  • 3-5 years of related experience, including formal sales training and proven sales results

  • Knowledge of banking, mortgage industry, field services, and/or default servicing industry 

  • Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to manage the sales process

  • Proven track record in lead generation/prospecting

  • Passion for an entrepreneurial challenge and willingness to “roll up shirt sleeves” in building a business
