Los Angeles Area Regional Director - Jose Quesada

Mr. Quesada is Founding Principal of Fides Capital Management, a real estate investment firm that targets distressed investment opportunities on the West Coast. Prior to founding Fides Capital Management, Mr. Quesada was at the Canyon‐Johnson Urban Fund where he was responsible for sourcing and managing new equity and debt investment opportunities as well as for providing oversight of existing investments in the west coast of the U.S. and Florida urban markets. Prior to joining the Canyon‐Johnson Urban Fund, Mr. Quesada was in the investments division at the CIM Group. While at CIM Group, Mr. Quesada executed development and third‐party equity and debt joint venture investments for the CIM Urban Fund and acquisitions for the CIM Urban REIT across all real estate asset classes throughout California. Mr. Quesada received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2001.
