Los Angeles Area Regional Director - Paul Collins

Paul possess over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail real estate site selection, including time with Panda Express Restaurant Group and McDonalds Corporation. Based out of Long Beach, CA, Paul's current role as Area Real Estate Manager for McDonalds includes coverage of primarily Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and parts of Orange County. Paul's core responsibilities includes acquisition of new sites for the purpose of traditional restaurant development. Paul is also active in industry professional groups such as ICSC and ACRE. Paul Graduated from Stanford in 2000 with a BA in Political Science. Paul worked for a real estate research firm based out of San Diego before returning to graduate school and receiving a Masters of Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
