Event Description

New SPIRE initiative for 2012 - Small dinner groups of SPIRE members and a member of the SREC (Stanford Real Estate Council). The first event of 2012 will be in Los Angeles and will include Robert Lowe, Chairman of Lowe Enterprises and Patrick Tooley of Wilson Meany Sullivan.  The small dinner affords SPIRE members to, in a more intimate setting, connect with one another and hear from an industry leader.  Please note this event is limited to 15 individuals that are Full members of SPIRE.

Total event package will include the following:

- All inclusive dinner at Roy's in downtown Los Angeles - February 9th at 6:00 pm

- Ticket to Stanford vs. UCLA basketball game (Sports Arena) - February 9th at 8:00 pm

- Admission to Annual UCLA Anderson School Investment Round Table - February 8th at 6:30 pm

We are pleased to have the attendance of SREC members Robert Lowe and Patrick Tooley at our dinner event.  Robert is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lowe Enterprises a privately-owned diversified national real estate company that has developed, acquired, or managed more than $16 Billion of real estate assets in their 39 year history.  Patrick has been directly responsible for the development or redevelopment of projects totaling over 1,500,000 square feet with a focus on high barrier-to-entry markets.  Both Robert and Patrick received their Masters of Business Administration from Stanford.

As this is a core initiative of SPIRE this year we will be subsidizing this event for our membership.  We are looking to have several of these events across the country this year.

The actual cost of this event is $130 per person however to Full Members of SPIRE the cost is $65 per person.

The $65 cost includes the dinner, game ticket, and admission to the panel discussion the previous night.
