Mark Kroll

Mark R. Kroll is the Principal and one of the Operating Officers of SARES REGIS Group and Regis Homes of Northern California.  SARES REGIS is an integrated real estate company with separate operating divisions that pursue commercial development, single-family development, land development, apartment development, property management and construction.  SARES REGIS Group of Northern California is affiliated with SARES·REGIS Group headquartered in Irvine, California.  Mr. Kroll received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering summa cum laude from Lehigh University and a Master Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Stanford University.  Mr. Kroll is currently a Lecturer at Stanford University where he teaches a graduate level Real Estate Development course.  He is also a past Chair of the Residential Council of the Urban Land Institute (‘ULI’), and is currently the At-Large vice chair of the Urban Development/Mixed-Use Development Council of ULI (Red). Mr. Kroll is also a member of the Policy and Practice Committee, and is a Governor of the ULI Foundation. Mark is a Member of Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley and, is also a board member of the Homebuilding Community Foundation.
