Mountain West Regional Director - Manish Kumar

Mr. Kumar recently graduated with a Master’s of Science in Construction and Engineering Management at Stanford University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and started his career working at the preconstruction department of the M. A. Mortenson Company. He later joined the Colorado Department of Transportation and worked on multiple projects in the areas of project management, project design, traffic and safety. Manish is the CEO Cottonwood Creek Development which specializes in designing and creating green housing and living spaces for people of all income levels. Manish is an active team leader for temporary exhibitions at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and an active member of the USGBC committee and local ASCE and AGC chapters.
