Orange County Regional Director - Gloria Lee

Ms. Lee is a real estate transactional attorney at Rutan & Tucker, LLP focusing on the financing and development of commercial, residential and resort properties.  Her practice includes representing lenders, developers, landlord and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions.  She also has experience with the structuring, development and regulation of residential, commercial, condominium, timeshare and fractional use planned developments and owners associations. Ms. Lee graduated with distinction from Stanford in 1999 and completed two bachelor's degrees, a master's degree and a minor in the social sciences in four years. During her time at Stanford, she was a member of the national champion Club Badminton team and actively involved with a variety of public service organizations through the Haas Center for Public Service.  Ms. Lee graduated from UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law and is currently the President of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association.
