San Francisco Bay Area Regional Director - Jake Kraft

Jake Kraft is an independent real estate consultant in the SF Bay Area currently working with a private equity fund, multifamily investor, and a receiver/developer. He is a 2009 JD/MBA graduate of Stanford, where he was involved in the development of the new $350 million Knight Management Center at the Graduate School of Business. As part of his involvement, Jake wrote and published a case study on the school's decision to pursue LEED Platinum certification. Before attending Stanford, Jake worked in asset management for a boutique private wealth advisory group. He received a fellowship to complete a Masters degree at Oxford University and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
