San Francisco Bay Area Regional Director - Mollie Ricker

Ms. Ricker is Vice President of Dostart Development Company, LLC (DDC), a Silicon Valley-focused commercial development firm.  She is involved in all aspects of the firm’s development and investment projects, including identifying and executing new acquisitions, managing city entitlement processes, overseeing construction and asset management.  Prior to joining DDC, Ms. Ricker was an investor with Francisco Partners, L.P., a technology-focused private equity firm with $5.0 billion under management.  Earlier in her career, she worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, & Co. where she worked with technology clients in the financial and strategic evaluation of mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Ricker received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned a B.A. in Economics and Latin American Studies, with Distinction, from Yale College.
