Southeast Regional Director - Michael Maloney

Mr. Maloney is a 20+ year veteran industrial developer, sales & leasing broker and asset manager and now serves as the Senior Vice President for Industrial Real Estate for Lincoln Property Company in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from Stanford in 1974 with a degree in Political Science before obtaining a JD/MBA from Stanford in 1978. His resume includes experience with Cadillac Fairview and Campeau Corporation, both major development firms in Los Angeles, prior to advancing to a role as a Partner in Oxford Development Enterprises and President of Orion Investment Properties in Central Florida. Early in his development career in Florida, Mike won the "Outstanding Industrial Building of the Year Award" in 1987 (Conferred by the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP). Mike is also a real estate attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and California. His past\present memberships include ULI, NAIOP, the Downtown Orlando Partnership, the Orange County Bar Association, Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels. He was also the Chairman of the first fund raising committee for K.A.R.E. and raised money for the initial construction of the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando, Florida.
