Tri-State Area Regional Director - Ann Kim

Ms. Kim is a licensed Associate Broker in Manhattan’s dynamic residential sales market. She began her career in New York real estate at Halstead Property, LLC, the largest privately owned real estate brokerage firm in Manhattan, after working in marketing in the technology industry. Specializing in the sale of condos, new construction development and co-ops, Ann has navigated her diverse client base through each step of the sales transaction process. Ann is a graduate of the class of 1994 with a degree in Political Science. While at Stanford, she studied in Paris and was actively involved in community outreach through the Haas Center for Public Service.
