Convenience. Flexibility. Value. Service. Peace of Mind. Location.

When Charlotte Perry ('81) - Founder, LUXbnb, saw an unmet need in Washington for short-stay rentals plus a desire by property owners to safely generate a healthy revenue stream from their residential properties, Charlotte melded the two into a short-term rental management business addressing the needs of business and pleasure travelers.

Join SPIRE on January 23rd at one of the newest LUXbnb properties, Ampeer, for a presentation and Q&A session where Charlotte will talk about the changes in the vacation rental market as Millennials come of age and how LUXbnb has positioned itself to capitalize on these market changes in Washington, DC. Ampeer opened in July and is the rebranded luxury concept from the former historic Patterson Mansion.

In addition to her business skills, Charlotte is intimately aware of the needs of business travelers having averaged 200 hotel nights per year during those 15 years.  As an avid traveler, Charlotte has found her way to 48 states and 59 countries. Having travelled the U.S and the world for business and pleasure she knows well what travelers need and want in short-stay accommodations.

Following the presentation, we will head to the nearby Tabard Inn for dinner in Room 51, an elegant, turn-of-the-century private dining space, where conversation will continue.

This event is open to all SPIRE members.
