Join SPIRE and Carmel Partners to tour one of LA's largest and most exciting new projects - Cumulus District
Centrally located along the new Metro E Line in the heart of LA between the vibrant neighborhoods of Culver City and West Adams, the massive 11-acre Cumulus District features the ARQ, a 31-story luxury high-rise, and VOX, a 7-story mid-rise, offering 1,200 new multifamily units. The two are designed around a 1-acre green space that includes more than 50,000 square feet of premium retail for shopping, dining, and fitness...and an all-day park for outdoor gathering. This new district promises to be "liveable, walkable, transit-friendly," while at the "center of LA's creative hub of tech incubators, art galleries, and endless culinary options." We are excited to be hosting one of the first events held here!
