Join SPIRE and Blackstone to tour one of Manhattan's most fascinating neighborhoods - StuyTown!
StuyTown | Peter Cooper Village, a development between East 14th and 20th Streets along the East River, houses more than 28,000 residents in 11,200 apartments over 56 buildings surrounded by green space. Over its seven-year ownership, Blackstone has invested more than $300 million in amenities and improvements, including the installation of nearly 10,000 solar panels, making the development the largest multifamily rooftop solar project in the US.
Please join us for a presentation and tour with Blackstone and Beam Living (Stuytown's onsite property manager whose motto is "Making City Life Happier"), and hear first-hand how they partnered to create a unique community and double resident satisfaction. Following the tour, network with your local SPIRE community at the recently opened Rosemary's East, featuring seasonal Italian dishes and warm hospitality.
